Condominium conversions are buildings that are converted to a condominium ownership plan. Condominium conversions are regulated under The Condominium Property Act.

 In accordance with The City of Prince Albert Condominium Conversion Policy, 2008, all applications must be approved by City Council. An application form must be submitted to the Department of Economic Development and Planning along with a fee of $500 plus $300 for advertising.

 

A public hearing will be held and written notice must be delivered to all tenants 30 days before.
